6. Listings & Transactions
Ethiomaterial acts strictly as an intermediary platform. We provide the digital space for buyers and sellers to connect but do not directly manufacture or sell the physical products listed.
All transactions occur directly between buyers and sellers. Any warranties or guarantees regarding physical goods are the sole responsibility of the respective seller.
7. Prohibited Activities
Users are strictly prohibited from engaging in the following activities:
- Fraudulent schemes or phishing scams.
- Listing illegal, hazardous, or stolen materials.
- System abuse, hacking, or scraping platform data.
- Misrepresenting business identity or licenses.
- Harassment of other platform users or administrators.
8. Admin Rights
Ethiomaterial reserves the absolute right to remove listings, suspend user accounts, and restrict platform access at its sole discretion, without prior notice, if we believe a user has violated these Terms.
